While this game has undergone some harsh backlash after releasing, we should all remember back to the extended build up that fans all had and how exciting things were back then. CD Projekt Red promised Witcher 3 levels of choice and agency with incredible scale and graph

Sony's decision to once again pass on the expo no doubt played a big part in this, with many PS5 exclusives likely being saved for the company's next State of Play event. The ongoing global pandemic won't have helped much either, with the development of many upcoming games having been hindered by COVID-19 . With any luck, though, updates on some of E3's big name absentees will not be too far a

The first sections of the game are pretty basic as far a WRPG shooters go with introducing the gameplay and characters, but it is still a bore and tends to drag for the first few hours. After a few more areas of the map open up and cooler guns unlock, the game starts to look more like the Borderlands fans have come to know and l

Fans have been clamoring for a true sequel to Mario's debut outing on the Switch for years now, but, as of the moment, Nintendo has remained tight-lipped regarding the future of everybody's favorite Italian plumber. An announcement at E3 2021 was always unlikely, but, with a new version of the Switch seemingly imminent , Best RPGs it could still happen before the year is

What separates Bug Fables' Cave of Trials from the Pit of 100 Trials is its length. The Cave of Trials is much less arduous than the Pit of 100 Trials, covering only 50 battles instead of 100. Nevertheless, this is still one of Bug Fables' toughest challenges and players should be well-prepared. Rumors tell of a special secret boss at the end of the Cave, but that is a discovery that only the most dedicated of explorers can f

The company set up a website titled "We Know Something You Don't Know" that featured a countdown to its Primetime Gaming Stream. In the background of said site was a CCTV feed of an office containing a coffin, a mace and a crown; three items with strong links to Kingdom Come: Deliverance . Rather than a sequel however, it's now clear that the items were instead teasing the upcoming Switch po

As far as Fable games are concerned, Fable 3 has always been a bit of an ugly duckling. On one hand, it’s difficult to follow in the footsteps of a game as universally beloved as Fable 2. On the other, it’s especially brave to look at those footsteps stretched out in front of you and say, "Actually… I reckon I’ll walk the long way home."

Fable games take place in the fictional land of Albion. It's a kingdom that was largely lacking a centralized government until the player arrived and established the monarchy. Otherwise, it's gone through many familiar changes, including an industrial revolution. Let's review a few details fans may have missed about the world while they were off trying to save

In Fable III, the player can discover a retirement home for Demon Doors behind a Demon Door in Mistpeak Valley. These Demon Doors have been a staple of the series ever since the first game. The ones in this old-folks home ramble aimlessly at you, but one Door, in particular, may catch the eye of some fans. It's the Brightwood Demon Door that players met in Fable

It’s important to say right from the get-go that I didn’t love Fable 3. I liked it in a lot of ways, and boy was I happy to hear Stephen Fry’s dashingly dapper Reaver lambast everyone in his immediate vicinity with insults that were dour and spirited in equal measure. But it was a real departure from the sheer debauchery that Fable 2 paraded around.

Instead of murdering people in the middle of Bowerstone and growing big devilish horns, you had to manage a kingdom and decide whether it was more important to build a school or a brothel. This structure is excellently designed, mind, and went on to define similar systems in other games like Dragon Age: Inquisition. But the magic of Fable’s chaotic mayhem was rechanneled into something a bit more serious, a bit more grounded. While I vastly preferred the old versions of Fable, this wasn’t a bad thing. Fable games are anything if not ambitious, and once a game tries something new that’s genuinely worthwhile… well, I don’t care all that much if it’s not up my street — even failed experiments can help steer progress. Now that a new Fable game is confirmed to be in the works , I’m immensely glad that Fable 3 exists, because for as much stink as people talk about it, it’s a smart, audacious, and important game.

Announced back in May of last year and currently slated for a 2021 release, many had expected Deep Silver to provide a closer look at its upcoming sci-fi adventure game, Chorus . The last real update came at Gamescom 2020 and, as it wasn't among the list of games de-confirmed by Koch Media ahead of the event , Chorus seemed something of a certainty for the company's E3 2021 presentat
